Lake trip, Halloween and UA Homecoming

Ready to go cheer on the Tide
at the Homecoming pep rally.

Savannah and Madeline Poole
(my friend from UA, Teresa's daughter)

Her "sparkle witch" costume that she wore
to the fall festeval at church.

Going for a slide on the play set at the river house.

Giving Mr. Jack-o-lantern a kiss

Actually smiling for a picture!

Last week we took a trip back to the river. We fished, carved Savannah's first pumpkin, celebrated my 29th birthday, built a fire, and made smores (yummo)! Jason caught 7 fish (largemouth bass) - one of which was 4lbs - and I caught a hybrid striped bass that was just over 1lbs. :( We had a lot of fun trying to catch more.

Wednesday night we went to the fall festival at church. We all enjoyed some chili, hotdogs and candy! Savannah was able to play several of the games this year. She and Jason even went down the huge blow up slide!

Friday night we went to the pep rally and bonfire out at the UA Quad. Savannah was so excited to see Big Al in person! She kept yelling, "Big Al, come here!!"
