probably swimming all around me is
enough to make me only want to
swim in a pool. Know what I mean?
Sam's first boat ride! He was a real trouper.90+ degree weather and all! Thank God for
the breeze that is on the water. He and Daddy chilled on
the boat while we played in the water.

Play date at CHOMThings are changing and growing at the Christian house! Sam can now say "DaDa", "Momma", "Bye Bye", "Hey". He is crawling everywhere! I get plenty of exercise chasing him around all day. One of his favorite things to do is open and close doors. I start looking for him and find him in a room with the door closed. When I open it he will look at me, grin and close the door back. He also loves to play peak-a-boo by himself. He covers himself up and sits there with the anticipation that some one will say "where is Sam" and then he will pull the blanket off of his head. So sweet!! Savannah and he usually play by themselves pretty well too. Until Savannah decides she wants to dance with him or play Dr on him, he usually tolerates it. His favorite toy is this gumball machine that he got for Christmas. He spends a lot of time putting the balls in it and pushing the lever to see them come out. Recently he has started to show his frustration with things. When Savannah does something to him he will yell "ahhhhhh" until I make her stop. The little stinker still does not have any teeth!! I got anxious one night and gave him a plate with some potatoes and he did great. I guess since he did not have any teeth I just really didn't think about giving him things from the table. So far he has done great with everything I have given him.
Savannah has been such a great big sister. It was a bumpy road at first but once she got adjusted to all the changes she has been great. She still shows a little jealousy when we have company over. She loves the one on one attention so if she does not get that she can get a little jealous. We have a little more than a month left until school starts!! I'm nervous but excited about it at the same time. We have been on several field trips this summer but I don't have pictures of it because I usually forget my camera. I know that after school starts we wont have a lot of time to do these types of things so I am trying to cram as much into the summer as I can. It will definitely be an adjustment for us both once she starts to school!!
